Bengal Shristi Hosts Inaugural Inter Club Pickleball Tournament At Shristinagar Asansol
Asansol, 15th June, 2026: Bengal Shristi successfully organised the first season of the Inter Club Pickleball Tournament at Odyssey Club, Shristinagar, Asansol on 14th June, 2026, bringing together pickleball enthusiasts for a thrilling showcase of skill, sportsmanship and competitive spirit.
The tournament witnessed participation from four teams - Chitrakoot, Odyssey Club, Pickle Falcons and Patrick’s Smash Master. A total of 40 players competed in the event, highlighting the growing popularity of pickleball among sports enthusiasts in the region. Following a series of exciting matches, Chitrakoot emerged as the champions of the inaugural edition, while Pickle Falcons finished as the runners-up.
The event was graced by Mr Nisar Naikoo, Director (Business Head), realme India, who handed over the trophy to the winning team. His presence added to the excitement of the tournament and encouraged participants to continue embracing sports and fitness as an integral part of community life.
