यात्रियों के सुविधा और सुगमता में वृद्धि की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए पूर्व रेलवे के आसनसोल मंडल ने रानीगंज स्टेशन के प्लेटफ़ॉर्म नंबर 04 पर 13 व्यक्तियों की क्षमता वाली एक नई लिफ्ट लगाने की घोषणा की है। यह अतिरिक्त लिफ्ट सेवा सभी यात्रियों के लिए यात्रा के अनुभव को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जिसमें दिव्यांगजनों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करने पर विशेष ज़ोर दिया गया है।
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म तक सुगम और आरामदायक सुविधा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नई लिफ्ट को डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जिससे चलने से संबंधी समस्याओं वाले यात्रियों के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों में काफ़ी कमी आएगी। दिव्यांग यात्री, वरिष्ठ नागरिक और भारी सामान वहन करने वाले यात्री अब आसानी से स्टेशन पर आ-जा सकेंगे, जिससे उनकी समग्र यात्रा का अनुभव बेहतर होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, लिफ्ट में एक स्वचालित बचाव उपकरण (ARD) लगा है, जो बिजली की विफलता की स्थिति में लिफ्ट को स्वचालित रूप से निकटतम मंजिल पर ले जाकर यात्रियों की संरक्षा सुनिश्चित करता है।

*ENHANCED ACCESSIBILITY AT RANIGANJ STATION WITH NEW 13-PERSON CAPACITY LIFT*

In a significant move towards enhancing passenger convenience and accessibility, the Asansol Division of Eastern Railway proudly announces the installation of a new lift with a capacity of 13 persons at Raniganj Station, Platform No. 4. This addition marks a pivotal step in improving the travel experience for all passengers, with a special emphasis on catering to the needs of differently-abled individuals.
The new lift is designed to ensure smooth and comfortable access to the platform, thereby significantly reducing the challenges faced by passengers with mobility issues. Differently-abled passengers, senior citizens, and those with heavy luggage will now be able to navigate the station with ease, enhancing their overall journey experience. Additionally, the lift is equipped with an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD), which ensures passenger safety by automatically moving the lift to the nearest floor in case of power failure.
