বার্নপুর সংকল্প ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশনের মাধ্যমে প্রত্যেক বছরের ন্যায় এই বছরও মহালয়ার দিনে স্কুল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের নিয়ে অঙ্কন প্রতিযোগিতা, অর্থনৈতকভাবে পিছিয়ে পড়া মাতৃ শক্তিদের মধ্যে বস্ত্র বিতরণ করা এবং সনাতন সরকার পশ্চিমবঙ্গে স্থাপিত হওয়ার সুবাদে প্রায় 175 এর ও অধিক পুরোহিত দের সম্মান জ্ঞাপন সহ সঙ্গীত, আবৃত্তি, নৃত এবং বিভিন্ন সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে প্রায় 7ঘণ্টা ব্যাপী অনুষ্ঠান সম্পাদিত হলো বার্নপুর ভারতিভবন প্রাঙ্গণ জুড়ে।
এই অনুষ্ঠানে প্রায় 266 টি অঙ্কন প্রতিযোগী উপস্থিত ছিল যাদের প্রত্যেককে উপহার, সার্টিফিকেট সহ টিফিন এবং প্রতি বিভাগে প্রথম থেকে পঞ্চম স্থান অধিকারী প্রতিযোগীদের মোমেন্ট সহ সম্মান জ্ঞাপন করা হয়, প্রায় 1000 এর লক্ষ্য রেখে মহিলাদের মধ্যে বস্ত্র বিতরণ করা হয়।
বিশেষ ভাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সংকল্পের সভাপতি তথা বিশিষ্ঠ সমাজ সেবী শ্রী বাপ্পা চ্যাটার্জী, সংকল্পের patron ডাঃ অশোক রায়, বিশিষ্ট আইনজীবী শ্রী শেখর কুন্ডু, আসানসোল ইসকনের সেক্রেটারি শ্রী দয়াল চরণ প্রভু, ডাঃ মণীশ ঝা, শান্তিনগর বিদ্যামন্দির সহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা, হিন্দু জাগরণ মঞ্চের শ্রী অমিত সরকার, শ্রী প্রবীর ধর, কল্যাণেশরী মন্দিরের সভাপতি এবং সেবাইত শ্রী দিলীপ মহাশয়, ঘাঘর বুড়ি মন্দিরের সেবাইত সহ সভাপতি, বোলপুর ভারত সেবাশ্রমের সভাপতি, বার্নপুর টাউন পূজার বর্ষীয়ান পুরোহিত তারক এবং চিত্ত মহাশয়, সনাতন ব্রাহ্মণ সমাজের সম্পাদক, সর্বমঙ্গলা বৈদিক চর্চা প্রতিষ্ঠানের সভাপতি ও সম্পাদক বৃন্দ তথা সংকল্পের কর্মকর্তা বৃন্দ – পারমিতা ব্যানার্জি, শাশ্বতী চ্যাটার্জী, মৌসুমী চক্রবর্তী, চন্দন বাউরি, সুজয় ব্যানার্জি, সুনীল শর্মা, দেবজিত সরকার, মিলন রায়, বার্জেশ সিং, রীতেশ পান্ডে, বুম্বা মুখার্জি, রাজু সিং, প্রকাশ রজক, তাপস পাল এবং অন্যান্য।
As in previous years, the Burnpur Sankalpa Welfare Foundation organized a grand seven-hour event on the auspicious day of Mahalaya across the Burnpur Bharati Bhavan premises. The program featured a drawing competition for school students, clothes distribution among underprivileged women, and the felicitation of over 175 priests to commemorate the establishment of the Sanatan Sarkar in West Bengal, along with a variety of cultural performances including music, recitation, and dance.
Around 266 participants took part in the drawing competition; every participant received gifts, certificates, and refreshments, while the 1st through 5th place winners in each category were honored with mementos. In addition, clothes were distributed to women with a target of reaching around 1,000 beneficiaries.
