মাননীয় কেন্দ্রীয় রেলমন্ত্রী শ্রী অশ্বিনী বৈষ্ণব জি-র কাছে মেদিনীপুর, খড়্গপুর, বেলদা, দাঁতন, শালবনী, গড়বেতা ও সংলগ্ন এলাকার মানুষের দীর্ঘদিনের রেল সংক্রান্ত সমস্যাগুলি নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আবেদনপত্র জমা দিয়েছি।
এই আবেদনগুলিতে বিশেষভাবে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে
ট্রেন নং ৬৮০০২ (জলেশ্বর–হাওড়া MEMU)-এর নিয়মিত বিলম্ব এবং সকালে আরও উপযুক্ত ট্রেন পরিষেবা চালুর দাবি।
হাওড়া–মেদিনীপুর লোকাল ট্রেনের কিছু পরিষেবা গড়বেতা পর্যন্ত সম্প্রসারণের দাবি।
সোনাকোনিয়া–মোহনপুর ROB, বেলদা–কেশিয়াড়ি ROB এবং তমলুক নয়—তাঁতিগেড়িয়া/মেদিনীপুর সাবওয়ে-সহ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ROB/RUB ও আন্ডারপাস প্রকল্প দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করার দাবি।
শালবনী স্টেশনের Amrit Bharat Station Scheme-এর কাজ দ্রুত এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া এবং প্রকল্পের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পরিবারগুলির পুনর্বাসনের বিষয়টি দ্রুত সমাধানের আবেদন।
খড়্গপুর রেলওয়ে এলাকার স্যানিটেশন, নিকাশি ব্যবস্থা, গোলবাজারের পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও জনস্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধানের দাবি।
খড়্গপুর কেন্দ্রীয় বাসস্ট্যান্ডে যাত্রীদের জন্য অপেক্ষাগার, শৌচাগার, পানীয় জলসহ প্রয়োজনীয় জনপরিষেবা নিশ্চিত করার আবেদন।
এই বিষয়গুলি শুধুমাত্র কয়েকজনের সমস্যা নয়—হাজার হাজার মানুষের প্রতিদিনের যাতায়াত, কর্মজীবন, শিক্ষা, নিরাপত্তা ও জীবিকার সঙ্গে সরাসরি যুক্ত।
আশা করি, মাননীয় রেলমন্ত্রী শ্রী অশ্বিনী বৈষ্ণব জি বিষয়গুলিকে সহানুভূতির সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে সময়বদ্ধ ও দ্রুত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের নির্দেশ দেবেন।
মেদিনীপুরের মানুষের জন্য উন্নত রেল যোগাযোগ, সময়নিষ্ঠ ট্রেন পরিষেবা এবং নিরাপদ পরিকাঠামোর দাবি অব্যাহত থাক.
During the monsoon session, I submitted detailed representations to Hon’ble Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji seeking urgent intervention on several long-pending railway issues affecting the people of Medinipur, Kharagpur, Belda, Dantan, Salboni, Garbeta and adjoining areas.
The representations include:
Persistent delays of Train No. 68002 (Jaleswar–Howrah MEMU) and the need for additional morning services
Extension of suitable Howrah–Midnapore Local services to Garbeta
Expediting the Sonakonia–Mohanpur ROB, Belda–Keshiary ROB and Tantigeria/Midnapore subway
Faster implementation of Salboni Station redevelopment and rehabilitation of affected families
Improvement of sanitation, drainage and public amenities in the Kharagpur Railway area and Golbazar
Basic public facilities at Kharagpur Central Bus Stand
These are matters that directly affect the daily lives, mobility, safety and livelihoods of thousands of people.
I sincerely hope that Hon’ble Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji will kindly intervene and direct the concerned authorities to take time-bound and expeditious action.
Medinipur deserves better railway connectivity, punctual services and safer public infrastructure.
