The rank awarding ceremony was held at Medinipur DAV Public School on Saturday. The students who were selected for various positions were awarded sashes and batches. This year, a total of 72 students were awarded these batches and sashes. The main message of the ceremony was ‘To honor responsibility, to inspire excellence.’ District Superintendent of Police Papiya Sultana was present at the ceremony. SheThrough his speech, he encouraged the students in various ways, and the responsible officer of Kotzali Police Station and the guardians of the students who received the school’s rank were also present. The school principal NK Gautam said in his speech that these students are the leaders of our future. Therefore, by inducting these students into different ranks, they will be able to display various qualities such as compassion, cooperation, empathy, teamwork, leadership, management skills, sense of responsibility, knowledge of duty, etc. Which will later help in taking the society and the country forward. The program began with the chanting of sacred Vedic mantras and the singing of Vande Mataram and the program was declared to end with the national anthem.
