26.02 2025 को सैंक्टोरिया स्थित ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड (ईसीएल) मुख्यालय में मंडल रेल प्रबंधक (आसनसोल) चेतना नंद सिंह और ईसीएल के अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक (सीएमडी) श्री सतीश झा तथा दोनों संगठनों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के बीच समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई। चर्चा में रेलवे लॉजिस्टिक्स और कोयला परिवहन के प्रमुख परिचालन पहलुओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया, जिसका उद्देश्य भारतीय रेलवे और ईसीएल के बीच तालमेल बढ़ाना था।
एजेंडा में साइडिंग समझौते तथा सुचारू और निर्बाध कोयला परिवहन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए रेलवे के बुनियादी ढांचे का इष्टतम उपयोग शामिल था। दोनों पक्षों ने लॉजिस्टिक्स चुनौतियों को रोकने और समग्र दक्षता में सुधार करने के लिए समय पर निपटान और समझौतों का पालन करने के महत्व पर जोर दिया।
बैठक में कोयला प्रेषण और रेलवे परिचालन को अनुकूलित करने के लिए दोनों संगठनों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय की आवश्यकता पर भी जोर दिया गया। चर्चा में बेहतर परिचालन समन्वय के लिए रसद प्रक्रियाओं को सुव्यवस्थित करने और संचार चैनलों को मजबूत करने के उपायों पर चर्चा की गई।
दोनों पक्षों ने परिचालन संबंधी चिंताओं को हल करने में सहयोगात्मक प्रयासों के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि की। बैठक रेलवे-कोयला क्षेत्र के परिचालन में बेहतर दक्षता और निर्बाध समन्वय के लिए आवश्यक उपायों को लागू करने के लिए आपसी समझ के साथ संपन्न हुई।

A coordination meeting was held on 26.02 2025 at Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) Headquarters in Sanctoria between Divisional Railway Manager (Asansol) Chetna Nand Singh and ECL Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Shri Satish Jha, along with senior officers from both organizations. The discussions focused on key operational aspects of railway logistics and coal transportation, aiming to enhance synergy between Indian Railways and ECL.
The agenda included siding agreements and the optimal utilization of railway infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted coal transportation. Both sides emphasized the importance of timely settlements and adherence to agreements to prevent logistical challenges and improve overall efficiency.
