अंडाल-सांईथिया सेक्शन के निवासियों के लिए निर्बाध और सुरक्षित यात्रा की संभावनाएँ बढ़ रही हैं, क्योंकि पूर्व रेलवे का आसनसोल मंडल एक महत्वपूर्ण बुनियादी ढाँचागत परियोजना के लिए तैयार है। एक पहुँच मार्ग के साथ एक रोड ओवर ब्रिज (आरओबी) के आगामी निर्माण से सिउड़ी और कुनुरी स्टेशनों के बीच लेवल क्रॉसिंग (एलसी) गेट संख्या 22/बी/टी को बंद करने का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा।
रोड ओवर ब्रिज (आरओबी) के निर्माण से स्थानीय लोगों को महत्वपूर्ण लाभ होगा। लेवल क्रॉसिंग गेट के बंद होने से सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को निर्बाध और निरंतर यात्रा का अनुभव होगा, जिससे ट्रेनों के गुजरने के कारण लंबी प्रतीक्षा का समय समाप्त हो जाएगा। इससे ट्रैफिक की भीड़ कम होगी, सड़क सुरक्षा बढ़ेगी और क्रॉसिंग पर दुर्घटनाओं का जोखिम कम होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, एम्बुलेंस और अग्निशमन सेवाओं जैसे आपातकालीन वाहनों को बिना किसी देरी के तेज़ आवागमन का लाभ मिलेगा। आरओबी से जुड़ा संपर्क-मार्ग वाहनों की सुगम आवाजाही सुनिश्चित करेगा और आस-पास के क्षेत्रों को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करेगा।
यह पहल रेल और सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं दोनों के लाभ के लिए बुनियादी ढाँचे के आधुनिकीकरण के प्रति भारतीय रेलवे की अटूट प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है। इस परियोजना को लागू करके रेलवे न केवल जन संरक्षा को प्राथमिकता दे रहा है, बल्कि बेहतर परिवहन सुविधाओं के माध्यम से क्षेत्रीय विकास में भी योगदान दे रहा है।
स्थानीय निवासियों और हितधारकों का समर्थन और सहयोग इस कार्य के सफल समापन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। यात्रियों और सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त कार्य के लिए 13 जुलाई, 2025 (रविवार) को समपार फाटक संख्या (लेवल क्रॉसिंग गेट नंबर) 22/बी/टी बंद रहेगा और तदनुसार, निर्माण चरण के दौरान रेलवे अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए दिशानिर्देशों और अद्यतनों का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है।
लेवल क्रॉसिंग संख्या 22/बी/टी के स्थान पर सिउड़ी में रोड ओवर ब्रिज के गर्डरों को लॉन्च करने के संबंध में दिनांक 13.07.2025 (रविवार) को 06 घंटे (07:15 बजे से 13:15 बजे तक) ट्रैफिक और पावर ब्लॉक की योजना बनाई गई है।
परिणामस्वरूप, 63531 अंडाल-सांईथिया मेमू पैसेंजर, 63534 सांईथिया-अंडाल मेमू पैसेंजर रद्द रहेंगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त, 63530 रामपुरहाट-अंडाल मेमू के समय में 4 घंटे का परिवर्तन किया जाएगा।
यात्रियों को होने वाली असुविधा के लिए अत्यंत खेद है।

*BOOSTING CONNECTIVITY IN ANDAL-SAINTHIA SECTION: LC GATE BETWEEN SIURI AND KUNURI TO REMAIN CLOSED ON 13TH JULY FOR ROAD OVER BRIDGE WORK*
Asansol, July 09, 2025:
Seamless travel and safer journeys are on the horizon for residents of the Andal-Sainthia section, as the Asansol Division of Eastern Railway gears up for one significant infrastructure project. The upcoming construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) along with an approach road will pave the way for the closure of Level Crossing (LC) Gate No. 22/B/T between Siuri and Kunuri stations.
The construction of the ROB will bring significant benefits to the local population. With the closure of the LC Gate, road users will experience seamless, uninterrupted travel, eliminating long waiting times caused by passing trains. This will reduce traffic congestion, enhance road safety, and minimize the risk of accidents at the crossing. Additionally, emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire services will benefit from quicker transit without delays. The approach road connected to the ROB will further ensure smooth vehicular movement and provide better connectivity to nearby regions.
The initiative reflects the unwavering commitment of Indian Railways to modernizing infrastructure for the benefit of both rail and road users. By implementing the project, the Railway is not only prioritizing public safety but also contributing to regional development through improved transportation facilities.
The support and cooperation of local residents and stakeholders will play a crucial role in the successful completion of this work. Passengers and road users are hereby informed that LC Gate No. 22/B/T will remain closed on 13th July, 2025 (Sunday) for the above mentioned work and requested to follow the guidelines and updates provided by railway authorities during the construction phase.
In connection with launching of Road Over Bridge girders at Siuri in lieu of Level Crossing no. 22/B/T, 06 hours (from 07:15 hrs. to 13:15 hrs.) Traffic & Power Block has been planned on 13.07.2025 (Sunday).
Consequently, 63531 Andal – Sainthia MEMU passenger, 63534 Sainthia – Andal MEMU passenger will remain cancelled.
Moreover, 63530 Rampurhat – Andal MEMU will be rescheduled by 4 hours.
Inconvenience to be caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.
