Big success of Khargpur town police station: stolen gold and silver jewels and ₹1.13 lakh cash recovered, many accused arrested.
Kharagpur. Khadagpur town police of West Medinipur district got a big success. Immediate action was taken after the incidents of theft in various houses of Thana area in recent times. Massive amount of cash with stolen gold-silver ornaments. According to police sources, houses have been stolen from different areas of Khadagpur Town Police Station for the past few days. Compliments were consistently received. Khadagpur Town Police Station’s PC Party and SOG (Special Operation Group) team jointly observing the seriousness of the case Expedition started. This campaign was conducted under the leadership of Kharagpur Additional Superintendent of Police (Additional SP) and Kharagpur Mahakma Police Officer (SDPO).
